Why We Only Work in One City

Concrete is a local trade whether contractors admit it or not. The soil, the water table, the heat, the tree species, and the way houses were built in a given decade all change what a slab needs. How We Build a Slab

Our approach is not complicated. We spend money where you cannot see it and we do not cut the parts that decide how long the concrete lasts.

• Base first. Compacted rock in lifts, not a scrape and pour on native sand.
• Steel in the middle. Rebar and mesh on chairs, not dropped on the dirt and hoped for.
• Real thickness. Five inches where trucks and RVs go, four where they do not.
• Joints on a plan. Cut early, spaced to the slab depth, so cracking happens where nobody notices.
• Cured, not just poured. Kept wet through the first days, which is the whole difference in this heat.

What Our Estimate Includes

We come out, measure the area, look at the access route, check where water runs, and write the number down. The estimate spells out thickness, reinforcement, finish, and what happens to the debris, because those are the four places a low bid hides its cuts.

Demolition, haul-off, and site cleanup are inside the price. So is the washout. You should not discover on the last day that removing the old slab is extra. If the job needs something we did not anticipate once the concrete is out, we tell you before we do it, not after.

Licensed, Insured, and Easy to Check

We carry a contractor's license, liability insurance, and workers' compensation coverage, and we will hand you the numbers without being asked twice. You can verify any California contractor's license status yourself through the state licensing board's license lookup, and you should do it before hiring anyone, including us.

Workers' compensation is the one people forget to ask about. If an uninsured crew gets hurt on your property, that can become your problem. It is a two-minute question that protects you.

The Work We Take On

Most of what we do is residential flatwork: driveway tear-outs and replacements, back patios, side yard walkways, RV pads, and repair work on slabs that are worth saving. We also pour foundations for additions, garages, and shops, and we handle decorative pours when a homeowner wants the entry or patio to look like stone.

Commercial work runs alongside it. Loading aprons, parking lot repairs, ADA-compliant walkways, and sidewalk panel replacement at retail properties are all routine. We will give you a real schedule instead of the one you want to hear. Estimates typically happen within a day or two.
